The Bemaco Model FK/ABI-125L is capable of producing 220liter L ring drums and open top barrel drums, fit for liquids like oil, chemicals or juices as well as solid product like grain or fertilizer.

As standard attachments the Bemaco features a grooved feeder extruder suitable to work with ultra high molecular weight HDPE, a european made helical gearbox with a thrust bearing of SKF 29440, a main drive with DC or AC motor with frequency invertes, a motorized height adjusted extruder and a melt, pressure and thermogauge. It also features a LK type Clamp unit of 6 locking device with proportional valve control for injection speed and an unscrew device with photo cell fixed on two sides of clamp platens. The finished products are automatically lifted up by an robotic arm and theres a slide chute provided to collect the finished product.
